This year’s theme is “Caregiving Around The Clock.” National Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness Month Over six million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s Disease and 3 million new cases are diagnosed annually. The condition is deadlier than breast cancer and prostate cancer. This November awareness month is a time to raise awareness about early signs of Alzheimer’s like mild cognitive impairment. National Diabetes Awareness Month Diabetic eye disease is the leading cause of blindness and oftentimes has no warning signs. Help people with diabetes to prevent vision loss by helping to raise awareness about regular eye exams. During November, the National Eye Health Education Program spreads the word about how people living with diabetes can help protect their vision. November Heritage Months Hindu Heritage Month (Canada) First celebrated in 2022, Hindu Heritage Month celebrates the contributions that Hindu Canadians have made to their country. With nearly 830,000 Hindu Canadians, it hopes to raise awareness about their unique culture. Native American Heritage Month First declared a month of recognition in 1990 by President George H.W.
